At DYSTOPIɅN ™, we stand by the structural integrity of our garments; however, if your piece does not fit your reality, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and industrial packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Access our digital portal using your order ID and email to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in the original DYSTOPIɅN ™ protective mailer to ensure the garment's finish is not compromised during transit.

• 3.
  Dispatch

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received at our hub, our team will conduct a technical inspection before issuing a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
